Independently Protecting Your Rights From Underground
Inhuman research, disinformation and mass hysteria?
September 3rd, 2016
''The question that arises is:
Was it possible for the Norwegian Royal Family and employees of the national foster care recruitment agency, Buf-etat, to foresee that such an increase in demand for acute care orders would happen so suddenly in the future, that large-scale campaigns had to be initiated to recruit foster families for the placement of children who were to be subjected to forceful removal from their homes and families, the same year that a research project on forceful removal of children was initiated?''
December 16th, 2011, the Norwegian Royal Family announced a massive foster home recruitment campaign, unveiled at the Royal Family's website, as well as through the Buf-etat, a Norwegian state child protection organ that, according to their website, has foster care recruitment among their main responsibilities.. That same year other foster home referral campaigns were initiated by Buf-etat,
Take a look at foster care recruitment in Norway!
Is it by mere coincidence, that these campaigns were started the same year an unethical research project was initiated at the State University of Oslo, by a social worker with many years of experience inside the Norwegian CPS, Barnevernet, Gunn Astrid Baugerud, who researches children's reactions when they are taken from their parents by force.
She observes while employees of Barnevernet and police forcefully remove children from their parents and their homes.
Videos of such events: (warning, strong content, not suitable for anybody, especially minors.)
According to the website of the University of Oslo regarding the project, 80% of the forced removal of children from their homes under the research project, have been acute emergency care orders, meaning the families involved have not been warned in advance that their children would be removed from their home by armed police officers and employees of Barnevernet.
It must also be noted that forceful removal of children from their homes in the country, find place without a court order, and the parents are not presented reasons for the decision, nor information of by whom the decision is made.
The research project has been approved by the Department of Children, Equality and Inclution; Barne likestillings og inkluderingsdepartementet.
"I obviously can not read a child's feelings directly, but I note down all observable signals."
"After the child's belongings are packed down, the parting phase begins. Some children react with despair, sadness, anxiety and rage," says Gunn Astrid Baugerud, researcher and employee at Barnevernet. Link to research project,
In addition to this evident lack of normal, human empathy, Baugerud also shows an concerning lack of basic knowledge of human psychology, reactions and understanding of the effects of trauma, by claiming that the children forcibly separated from their parents showing signs of apathy, "score low on stress". Furthermore, by claiming that "when children almost indiscriminately walk away with a complete stranger, it may indicate serious neglect", Baugerud shows us that the project consists of more guesswork than research.
It is important in this context to emphasize that people who are exposed to extreme stress and severe fear, react in different ways; apathy being one of the signs of severe shock.
In the news-paper Moss Dagblad, 18th of August, 2016, under Nye meninger, the expert psychologist, Ragnhild Pettersen, publishes that the number of acute care orders has increased by 60% from 2008 to 2015, and most alarmingly, that up to 95% of forceful child removal cases in Norway, are acute.
The question that rises is:
Was it possible for the Norwegian Royal Family and employees of the national foster care recruitment agency, Buf-etat, to foresee that such an increase in demand for acute care orders would happen so suddenly in the future, that large-scale campaigns had to be initiated to recruit foster families for the placement of children who were to be subjected to forceful removal from their homes and families, the same year that a research project on forceful removal of children was initiated?
Alongside the foster home recruitment campaigns and unethical research, efforts are made to inform the public about the importance of reporting any concern to Barnevernet, and it is underlined that this can be done anonymously and without evidence.
An informative article by Marit Aaby Vebenstad, was published by leading, national media, as:
Foreldre.no (May 24th, 2013) (responsible editor: Mari Midtstigen),
abcnyheter.no (May 24th, 2013 (responsible editor: Tor Strand)
Dagbladet (May 24th, 2013) (responsible editor: John Arne Markussen)
and by journalist Anette Snarby in
Mammanett.no (editor: Elisabeth Lofthus, responsible editor: Gjyri Helen Werp)
The emphasis is on a list of points of behavior in children that according to the writers, should arise concern, under the title:
''Violence against children. The signs you didn't know about. The symptoms showing children are being abused. Signs in children, Symptoms can show after short or long time,...''
This guide is also sent to kindergartens, urging employees to report any behavior or points on the list, to Barnevernet.
Every Kindergarten across the country is encouraged to report to Barnevernet if they notice unusual behavior in children, and has received the book ''I think you probably realize it yourself'' (''Jeg tenker nok du skjønner det sjøl'') by Jon Gangdal, a journalist with 20 years of experience in national media, and a former chief of information in Oslo police department, and "communications advisor".
According to Utdanning.no, a "communications advisor " has to have flair for what is of interest to your target market and to understand how communication can be used to get the message across to them you want to convey." A "communications advisor" will "promote their company on social media, conduct information and communication campaigns and design communication strategies".
Read the still relevant article, Propaganda in Norwegian Media,
Ragnhild Gjerstad is listed as a co-writer and lecturer on the book.
This is done through the organization ''Ta barnas parti, "Take kids party" lead by Ellen Marie Nyhus, whose former career and credentials remain a mystery.
The organization plays a leading role in the conditioning of kindergartens and public in this context.
Unfortunately, this list broadly published as signs of child abuse, is a list of symptoms and behaviors of children with neurodevelopmental disorders, such as autism spectrum disorders. The list also shares similarities with with ADHD issues, Irlen Syndrome, and the neurodevelopmental condition sensory processing disorder.
The fact that a myriad of factors may cause the listed symptoms and behavior, as dyslexia, physical pain, bullying, and various problems at school and kindergarten, is not mentioned. Additionally, it should be noted that gifted children often show signs of maladjustment due to their special needs not being met in the education system, but here listed as signs of violence in the home.
Some children that are naturally reflective, quiet, sensitive and/ or introverted, may also be subjected to worrying neighbors and kindergarten employees, because of their personal tendencies.
''Anxiety
Uneasiness
Running away
Alcohol/ drug abuse
Eating disorders
Behavioral changes
Unsafe, clingy behavior in small children
Sleeps little and uneasy or too much
May have little sounds and delayed language
May have unnaturally late motor development
and have clumsy gross- or fine motor development
Tense body and difficulties in giving comfort
May be unconcentrated and function poorly with other children
Some show little happiness and initiative and can be difficult to reach
A large amount also gets health problems that can be caused by physical and psychological abuse.''

In 2015. the former Child Minister, Inga Martha Torkildsen, also turned her back, too, to years of international research, announcing the publication of her work "You do not see it until you believe it", claiming ADHD being merely an effect of worrisome conditions in the home. Despite the fact that this standpoint evoked rage from the Norwegian ADHD Association, yet again the audience was encouraged to notify Barnevernet if behavior out of the ordinary was noticed in children.
Questions remain: to how many additional reports of concern to Barnevernet have these disinformation campaigns led?
Why are the behavioral changes on the list above blamed merely on the parents, when a child is removed from his or her home by force, while abuse during the removal and the separation, is not mentioned as a potential cause of trauma?
Why are claims of abuse in foster-homes generally dismissed by the police, even when evidence is provided?
ShutUp! Media has been informed of examples where children different with special needs, already diagnosed by specialists, have been forcibly removed from their parents, as employees of Barnevernet with their three-year social worker education, have chosen to disregard specialists diagnoses, and decades of international research, to provide a new diagnosis for the children; care failures at home.
How many children in need of medical evaluation and facilitation, and children with slightly different personality from their peers, have been exposed to being forcibly removed from their homes and families in Norway, and placed to live with strangers with minimal to no contact with their loved ones, while parents have been forced helplessly to watch as bi-standers, their children being treated as objects of research in a government-funded and -approved, inhuman, research project?
